Fernando de Lapi could have been part of the Generation of 27. He just needed a little more luck, a little more daring, and perhaps a little more talent as a poet. Now, in gray post-war Madrid, he takes refuge in the security of his position at the Bank of Spain and, above all, in the love of María Luisa, his wife and his confidante. Fernando has an exciting personal past to tell you, with his contacts with Unamuno, Jorge Guillén, Picasso, Gerardo Diego, García Lorca, Gómez de la Serna and a long etcetera.
