Lo que la poesía aún no ha escrito
poesía reunida (2013-2020)
Sastre, Elvira
Elvira Sastre is a poet of those that there is not; she has plenty of talent, but she knows how to manage it; she's smart and shows that she takes what she writes seriously, because she has the only sensible relationship you can have with a celebrity, be it major or minor, literary or otherwise: disbelieve it. I like her poems because they are ambitious and she because she is humble, and she is also when it is less common: while she is winning. In this territory, whoever reaches the top to gain perspective, not to distance himself, knows what life is and also what a verse has to try to be: the voice of many people that comes out of a single mouth. She can be a great author for two reasons: one is to invent gunpowder, as they say; the other, to be a summary of all the readers of it. People follow the young author of Baluarte because she is not a preacher, she is a standard-bearer, someone close to her who, instead of boasting about her victories, shares her insecurities -"not understanding myself saves me," she says- and her followers trust in it because he doesn't make fires to sell smoke, but to give heat.
