De la crítica de la filosofía del derecho de Hegel (1843-1844)

A critical edition in Spanish of the only surviving Marx manuscript on Hegel's philosophy of law is presented here. Written in 1843 in Kreuznach, it is his first attempt at his scientific work, which he will later designate as the "starting point" of his critique of political economy. The forty sheets of him analyze not only the construction of the State that Hegel presents in his work, but also his speculative method. As a complement to the Kreuznach manuscript, a new translation of the well-known article "Contribution to the critique of Hegel's legal philosophy. Introduction", published by Marx at the beginning of 1844 in the Franco-German Annals. In both cases, the translation is based on the critical edition of Marx's work (MEGA2) and includes a critical apparatus.
