We are currently experiencing a leadership crisis. Although our world has changed dramatically, our way of leading has not. Most organizations, teams, schools, and families continue to operate on a "command and control" model, based on hierarchical structures and people's conformity. However, due to the changing nature of the world, the workforce, work itself, and the choices we have about where and how we work, this way of leading has become drastically outdated.
