Una visita inesperada

London, 1913. Young widow Florence Morland's plans to introduce her little sister, Daisy, to society and enjoy the London season are cut short when she receives a tantalizing invitation: the new owner of Des Bienheureux, the idyllic northern estate from France that once belonged to the family, she wants both of them to join the rest of her guests to spend the summer in its bucolic gardens. The memory of old loves, as well as the longing for new ones, will flourish as soon as they cross its magical threshold, and the two sisters will discover, between séances and escapes in the moonlight, that not everything is joie de vivre and that the secrets they hide from each other are nothing compared to those housed in the old family mansion. An ancient evil lurks lethargic between roots and shadows, waiting for the opportunity to be released.
