Un hombre con agallas y la nariz más larga del mundo
Jiménez, Raúl
Bizarre lovers have a feast here. The book is made up of two crazy novels, which, once read, there is no way to get out of your head. In the first, a monster visits a small town in the Levante peninsula and ends up scared to death. In the second, what seems like an endearing campsite next to the beach, full of water fruits and tourists in swimsuits gradually becomes something much darker and difficult to define. A man with guts and the longest nose in the world is a tribute to Camp, Burlesque, Grindhouse and the most Pulp publications, which does not shy away from the offal and delirium typical of a B-series fiction. But it is also and above all a splendid allegory that reflects on memory and the permanent conflict between evasion and lucidity.
