Un asunto rural

Cortezuelo is an ordinary town where nothing ever happens, until one day one of its neighbors appears murdered. The person in charge of the investigation is Demetrio Delgado, a Civil Guard sergeant on the verge of retirement and who is not going through the best of his moments. Demetrio faces crime with suspicion, since it is about his people and his friends. A place and people that he does not know as well as he believed. Haunted by the past and sick, Demetrio will discover that the murderer hides among his own and that the threat lurks in every corner. No one is safe. Neither his family nor himself. And time runs against him.
