Un afer europeu

The young journalist Joan Ballester travels to Brussels to cover a protocol event with no interest in European institutions; the visit allows him to leave behind for a few days sentimental and family problems that he does not want to face. In the capital of Europe, however, he learns of the imminent approval of a commercial treaty that will fatally harm the Valencian orange producers. Ballester, a skeptical but vocational journalist, has detected the news and decides to stay in Brussels to find out the interests that are hidden behind that agreement.Between Brussels and Strasbourg, under an almost permanent rain, Joan enters the sewers of politics, full of hypocrisy and underground violence, played by implacable lobbyists. And so much curiosity can be dangerous.
