Elvira and Tomàs go through the time tunnel backwards. They range from the mobile phone to the first black and white televisions, from professional fullness to humble origins. They go through love and heartbreak, health and illness, face crossroads that change the course of their lives, discover sex, get younger and younger, until they have the whole future to write. Time passes by everyone. For Elvira, who was born in the inclement Priorat before the wine revolution. For Tomàs, son of a porter who lives in a semi-basement. Time also passes through the rush of families who emigrated to Germany in the 1960s. And it goes through a fabric of characters loaded with stories and humanity. When, at the end of the years, Elvira reunites with her friends, "together they formed an encyclopedia of life lived". The encounter then becomes "a truthful, perhaps cruel, mirror of the passage through the tunnel of time".
