Stuka

The Stuka was a killing machine that fired during the Spanish civil war and sowed panic in the first years of World War II, but what beats in this novel is sexual identity and the violence that is exercised against women in times of war. It is set in Berlón, during the 1936 Olympic Games, and in Castellón and Alto Maestrazgo, bombed by the Condor Legion in the spring of 1938, and during the Red Army encirclement in 1945.
