One fine day, Ramon arrives in a town and, dying of hunger, proposes to make a soup for the whole neighborhood; a soup of stones. The townspeople will have to help her add all the ingredients to make it really good! Ramon puts in the first ingredient: the stones. Now all that is needed is for someone to bring a turnip, some carrots and a potato. After a while, mmm, what a nice smell it makes! To encourage independent reading by little readers, each double page presents the text in a short way and written in two types of letters: capital and cursive.
