Sara is a Quixote obsessed with apocalyptic readings and, following extreme floods in Barcelona, decides to flee to the Empordà. She is accompanied on the expedition by a husband who exports chickens to Brazil, a teenage daughter who wants a dog and an eccentric aunt who doesn't touch it much. The goal is to refound the Middle Ages with 21st century technology. In contact with nature, Sara will learn to come to terms with the threat, but first she will have to overcome deep remorse, philosophical overdose, fights with her daughter and lonlalgia*. Love and accepting one's own fragility will be the only way out to survive and regain the bond with others.
