Sol de sang
Nesbø, Jo
In a village in northern Norway, near the Arctic Ocean, a fugitive arrives, the Ulf, to hide from the men of the Fisherman, the drug king of Oslo. The Finnmark Plateau is a desolate and very lonely place, far from everything. A mind-boggling world where, amid tensions that the Ulf is discovering, a few inhabitants, fishermen and Christians from Laestadia, and Sami of picturesque and pagan customs coexist. It seems like the perfect place to disappear. But with the midnight sun it never gets dark, and Ulf, who is not the hired killer he appears to be, alone in his cabin in the woods, knows that sooner or later they will find him.
