The sentence deserves, of course, a legal analysis, but it would be absurd to forget its political and social depth and its effects on future relations between Catalonia and the State. Furthermore, these are not independent perspectives, but an overview that must be explained in an interconnected way. An original approach that, if the right language is used, also facilitates a better understanding of the underlying problems to the uninitiated. The process was a serious strategic mistake, the consequences of which we are all paying for. From what has happened in recent years, timely conclusions should be drawn and it should also be thought about how to heal the wounds it has caused. But this analysis should not be left to explain what happened and why it happened. Knowing and considering new scenarios for the normalization of the political and social situation in Catalonia is not only timely, but necessary. Politicians are the ones who have to make the decisions, but it is not irrelevant that the citizens know and are informed that there is room for maneuver and alternatives. All this invites us to present a story with an approach not yet treated in the extensive bibliography of the process. A story that takes as a reference the turning point of the sentence as the end of a stage and beginning of a new phase towards a desirable normalization to analyze what landscape is left after the battle and speculate on what can be done so that the situation does not inquire and find ways out. A story with an eye on finding ways to overcome the most important crisis in the recent history of Spain.
