Noa, a shy fourteen-year-old teenager, disappears after a school function at the exclusive private school Sain Michael's School, attended by the children of the most prominent members of Barcelona's upper bourgeoisie, such as the businessman and Noa's father, Víctor Renom. When it becomes clear that Noa, a singular girl, has not run away from home, Deputy Inspector Mauricio Tedesco takes charge of the case. With his phlegm, his silences and his disenchantment, he will immerse himself in a plot that will become entangled when he begins to ask questions and discover all the secrets that are hidden behind the appearance, brilliant and unpolluted, of lives exposed to luxury and carelessness, but that also hide envy, heartbreak and even the frustration of unfulfilled desires.
