Se buscan héroes

Carmen looked on her computer for the ad she had seen on the school board. It was titled "Heroes from around the house wanted" and she encouraged telling a story of everyday heroism in a contest that offered forty thousand euros to the winner. On the home page of the website, she found photos on both sides that referred to the texts. She randomly clicked on one that looked old: it showed a boy hugging a dog. The dog was wearing an eyepatch. In the text, a girl told the story of her boyfriend. For Carmen, it was clear that people were going to try to win the contest because of the melodrama. However, she did not want to be sorry. No one-eyed dogs or sick children, just the hard truth.
