Rosas muertas

At the foot of the grave of Jón Sigurdsson, the historic hero of Icelandic independence, lies the corpse of a naked young woman. Nobody knows who she is or why she has been abandoned in such an emblematic place surrounded by flowers. The police have found out that she was a drug addict and that she was abused. At the head of the investigation, Erneldur Sveinsson is going to discover that the girl is just one more piece in a game of corruption, shady deals and excessive desire for power.
