Through this guide we carry out a didactic analysis of the patrimonial responsibility of the State and the different Administrations that comprise it, offering us a global vision of the different vicissitudes that arise. It is a work that allows us to understand in a simple way the constitutive elements of the patrimonial responsibility of the Public Administrations and for this the most relevant jurisprudence is exposed, questions are raised and resolved and various updated forms are included. As a novelty, the incorporation of different practical cases that facilitate the understanding of specific aspects of the subject stands out.
