en busca del sentido de la existencia en un planeta dañado

Pocock, Joanna

With the so-called mid-life crisis, for the first time we realize that the past is already bigger than the future and it is easy for fear and an overwhelming desire to flee to arise. In the case of Joanna Pocock, after losing her parents and beginning the menopause, she decided to leave her orderly life in London with her husband and daughter to look for something (without really knowing what) in the vast and wild territory of Montana. There she began to feel fascinated by radical environmental movements and by the search for a new meaning for existence on a planet damaged and threatened by the reality of climate change.
