Infiltrating the Patrol again in the guise of Hibiki, Soldier D sets out to rise up the ranks to get closer to the Dragon Keepers. The last day of the final exam has finally arrived, and all the cadets are preparing to fight in a bloody battle to obtain the keys that will open the doors of their promotion in the Patrol. However, Peltrola, one of the invading leaders that the Dragon Keepers were supposed to have eliminated long ago, enters into action. He somehow managed to survive and now he's hatching an evil plan to betray his own, and he may be in league with one of the five Divine Dragons!
