QualityLand

Kling, Marc-Uwe

This hilarious hypercapitalist dystopia is situated in QualityLand, where work, leisure, and relationships are optimized by algorithms. Peter Aturat is a scavenger considered low-level social who does not dare to destroy defective machines and inadvertently becomes the leader of a group of maladapted robots that hides under his workshop. The day you receive a package from TheShop that not only did not order (which is not strange, because the most popular home delivery company in the world anticipates the wishes of users) but, surprisingly, does not want, he decides to return it, despite the consequences it may have. If it succeeds, it will show that the algorithm can be wrong, and this would call into question the foundations on which the system is based.
