Pura Vida Madre is a celebration of motherhood in all its facets and stages. In this book you will find my most personal experience of motherhood, real, openly, because motherhood is nothing like how they told us. I hope I can accompany you in the most honest way that exists and that you find a refuge here when you feel alone. Pregnancy, childbirth, caesarean section, lactation, positive parenting, tricks to educate with respect and not die trying, and some recipes and menus for the whole family in order to make life a little easier.
