Polémica política

The year 2017 was critical for the Freudian Camp and for French society in general, which saw politics become a serious threat after the public whitewashing of the National Front of Marine Le Pen, before the French presidential elections. For this reason, psychoanalysts and other sectors of civil society had to get involved in the debate. Jacques-Alain Miller considered it a crucial moment in which "Everything begins without being destroyed to be taken to a higher level", that is to say, it was a year zero for psychoanalysis. This book is a chronicle that collects the activities in which Miller turned himself between March and June of that 2017, to help psychoanalysis take sides and mobilize: the Capitón Point seminar, two lectures delivered in Turin and the tireless publication of texts that dissected the political news, with the sincere will to denounce everything that degraded him.
