Poesía en serio
La Resistencia
Poetry seriously began, like so many things in "La Resistencia", as a joke. Since they really like jokes, they wondered if they would be able to make a book without jokes. The result is this that you have in your hands and that, in case you have doubts, contains exactly what the title says: poetry. And yes, it is serious poetry. This collection contains 59 poems by David Broncano, Jorge Ponce, Ricardo Castella, Grison, Candela Peña, Pantomima Full, Antonio Resines, Javier Camarena, Pablo Ibarburu, Elvira Sastre, Sara Socas, Ignatius Farray, Ernesto Sevilla, Anier, Apolonia Lapiedra, Dani Rovira or Álex Pinacho and many others who, behind the cameras, make La Resistencia. And the prologue is by Iñaki Williams, who is a footballer, because who better to introduce a book of poetry than the player who scored 15 goals in the 2018-2019 season? In this collection of poems, the authors talk about their loves, their fears and their perplexity towards everyday life and the blank page. What you have in your hands could be the most original poetry book of the decade. Or maybe not. But if it were, we must admit that, as a joke, it would not be bad at all.
