The Dog Man reunites with the terrible Doctor Riffraff, a crackpot sage who never stops making nonsense and who has now created evil balls that go on their own and commit all kinds of crimes. On this occasion, the foolish Dog Man, the policeman who has the body of a man and the head of a dog, must confront the fearsome Dr. Riffraff. Another crazy adventure of Dog Man, who will have to use all of his little ingenuity to neutralize Dr. Riffraff.
