retrospectivas ágiles para la mejora continua
Morales Muñoz, María
Kaltzakorta, Iratxe
According to the Royal Spanish Academy, the word retrospective comes from the Latin 'retrospectus', which means 'to look back'. We could consider that it is a moment of reflection in which we stop and analyze what has happened and how we have behaved. It is a moment of pause to examine how things have been done and decide on actions that will be implemented so as not to repeat mistakes and, above all, to improve and evolve. However, day to day imposes a dizzying pace on us and we fall back into the same mistakes. In this book we propose numerous dynamics of different types to use in different situations. We tell you what skills can be improved using each dynamic and provide a wide range of powerful questions to get the most out of these practices. You will find tag clouds to see at a glance the key points of each activity, recommended time, difficulty, skills that are worked on, and many other resources that will help you and your team improve. It also has numerous 'Visual Thinking' illustrations by the authors that graphically facilitate the reading of the different parts of the work to synthesize the ideas of the authors, making the work more pleasant, simple and entertaining.
