An inexperienced exorcist in today's Catalonia and a murderer who has returned from the dead, united in a thriller about the limits of Science and Faith. Following the direct instructions of Pope Francis, in the summer of 2018 the Catholic Church ordered that the positions of official exorcist be filled in all the dioceses of the world. The pontiff justified his desire with these words: "The devil is not dead, he is only dying, and he is extremely seductive, we must fight with all means against his presence." Driven by the vocation of service, some of the candidates accepted the position despite admitting that they were not yet sufficiently prepared for it.
