One fine day, a man is walking towards the office when he comes across a thick red rope. He decides to start pulling on her, but it seems that something or someone is pulling from the other side. What will it be about? He is soon joined by a woman, an old man, a young boy... They all have their own ideas about what will happen if they manage to attract the whole rope, although it doesn't seem to make much sense... It will have to be a child, with the freedom and imagination typical of childhood, who shows them the best way to use that rope. Oh, a rope! was awarded the grand prize of the first Woongjin Picture Book Contest. It is a delicate and imaginative album, which offers a metaphor about social and personal tensions... in such a brilliant way that it will challenge both young and adult readers.
