Ogro operazioa

Half a century has passed since the Txikia commando of ETA carried out the tyrannicide of the Francoist president of the Spanish government, Admiral Luis Carrero Blanco. The attack had unusual consequences, both because of the way it was carried out and because of the reputation of the victim. Over the years, the details of the action that killed the admiral (Franco's pressure) have been told in the book Operación Ogro, prepared by the authors a few months later. Now, 50 years later, thanks to new revelations, we can reconstruct how the tyrannicide took place, revealing events that were then (by known accounts) hidden. Also, this book deals with the treatment of the story of that event, and how it became a historical myth.
