The protagonist of this story feels that a piece of her life is taken from her when she discovers that they have put up for sale the house where she spent a good part of her childhood. A buyer quickly appears, and she, in a desperate attempt not to lose it, decides to ask for a loan in order to acquire it. The days go by and also the refusals of the banks, and the investor grows impatient when she tries to devise crazy ways to paralyze the sale.
