When Alex Taylor opens her eyes, she realizes that she is lying on an operating table. She doesn't remember anything, so she's sure it must be an accident. Luckily, she is a doctor and it reassures her to know that soon her colleagues will help her rebuild what happened. There's just one problem: the person in front of her isn't a doctor, forcing her to make a terrifying decision. When she wakes up again, she is safe but very confused. As the first memories of what happened emerge, she Alex decides to tell it. But no one is willing to believe it. They tell her that everything is the result of her imagination, a nightmare resulting from an accident.
