Tired, failed, anxious, self-entrepreneurs, narcissists, precarious... How do you define a generation born in the shadow of voracious capitalism? The philosopher Eudald Espluga creates in "Don't be yourself" a patchwork map of a generation jaded and overexposed to discourses of personal self-improvement, who have experienced how digital capitalism got under their skin. Through popular and everyday references, we will discover that this fatigue can be subverted and transformed into a form of resistance against neoliberalism.
