Hunter and Vietnam veteran Llewelyn Moss accidentally discovers the bloody scene of carnage between drug traffickers somewhere along the Texas-Mexico border. Between the bodies and the packages of heroin, he also discovers a little over two million dollars. From this moment begins Moss's violent career to escape from those who want to hunt him down: Wells, a former Special Forces agent hired by a powerful cartel; Anton Chigurh, a relentless killing machine, for whom recovering money from his bosses is just an excuse to unload his weapon again and again and put into practice his maxim: never leave witnesses, and a veteran sheriff of the Second World War who longs for the good old days and hides a painful secret that keeps him alive.
