Behaving well, do not disturb, act appropriately when other people are present, control bad behavior in situations that displease, avoid interrupting third parties, do not say bad words, stay still in scenarios that require it, do not cause trouble and conflicts with friends and siblings, obeying at home, following the directions of adults, controlling moodiness when it becomes routine, etc., is a desideratum that is often difficult to achieve in the case of children with hyperactivity. As if it were a decalogue of good intentions, adults repeat over and over again how they expect minors to behave and act both at home and in public situations. This book focuses on this problematic way of behavior exhibited by hyperactive children and the difficulties parents have in coping with such behaviors. For this reason, the tools that scientific research has shown to help them are presented: training programs for parents who have children with behavior problems. Through these pages, written from a practical and applied perspective, based on the authors' own experience, the reader can consult the currently recommended coping resources.
