Niño Santo
Maura, Luis
Pedro is a boy who feels different. While the others aspire to be soccer players or astronauts, he wants to be a saint. Helped by one of his teachers and encouraged by a deeply Catholic mother, he decides to become an altar boy in the parish of his town, which causes ridicule and insults from his classmates. Pedro's life is turned upside down when Mario, one of his stalkers, shows up at the church intending to be an altar boy, thus corrupting one of his last remaining safe spaces and disrupting his desired path to sainthood.
