Nanotecnología para el desarrollo sostenible

The Sustainable Development Goals represent the primary strategy of human beings to guarantee their future, and science and technology are two of the essential tools that can help achieve these goals. Nanotechnology, that is, the applied knowledge of the tiny, will play a key role in this strategy along with other branches of knowledge. The intention of this book is precisely to connect knowledge about the world of the tiny with the solutions and strategies necessary to achieve the survival of the human species in an adequate balance with the nature of which it is a part. In short, this work shows how the accumulated knowledge about the nanoworld will help us improve our quality of life without compromising the future of our descendants.
