A ghost runs through the most developed countries: queer genderism. After the great social achievements of recent decades regarding respect and the rights of people who do not fit into traditional sexual roles, a new transactivism has appeared: one that is destroying the achievements made, that falls back on retrograde conceptions and generates problems where there weren't. It is not based on knowledge of medicine, psychiatry or psychology. There is also no solid philosophy that allows us to affirm that one can be born in the wrong body. On the contrary, this new activism is based on an outdated postmodern philosophy, on a particular idea of ??social justice and on a political agenda that does not correspond to the real problems of individuals. What is presented as a revolution that finally gives voice to a reality invisible until today may be covering up the educational, legal and social legitimacy of the most conservative sexual stereotypes. Nobody is born in a wrong body is a brilliant informative book that addresses this issue from its thousand aspects: psychological, philosophical and sociological; and that attends to phenomena such as social networks, life in the modern city, advertising, the infantilization of the university or the current problems of childhood and adolescence, among others. A rigorous analysis, full of empathy and good humor, which is based on substantiated theses and invites us to think about and challenge the triumphant language of queer theory.
