On this occasion the famous T.I.A. agents will travel to Qatar where the World Cup will take place in 2022. The Super calls Mortadelo and Filemón to entrust them with a new mission, they must go to the World Cup in Qatar to dismantle a gang of revolutionaries who intends to overthrow the Emir and seize power. For this they have wild mosquitoes that they will release in the stadiums, these will bite the soccer players, leaving them out of action.
