Horus' army assembles. He has already defeated all the enemies that stood in his way, even the Emperor's own executioner. The only thing left is a barrier before he can head to Terra to lay waste to the Emperor's dream. The Beta-Garmon system occupies the only viable route, the most direct, to the solar system and Terra. To break down that barrier, Horus musters a war host of unimaginable proportions and countless Titans. Losing at Beta-Garmon means losing the war, and Horus has no intention of turning back. However, the Imperium also understands the importance of Beta-Garmon and fields a colossal army, made up of nearly infinite army cohorts and a cadre of titans capable of challenging even the Warmaster's martial might. Titans battle Titans themselves as the god machines of the Emperor's loyalists and traitors go to war. A conflict never seen before, a battle capable of ending entire planets that will determine the next phase of the war.
