Moriré antes que las flores
Losada Casanova, Eva
During a hot month of August, in an old Segovian mansion overlooking the Sierra de Guadarrama, memory awakens and is transformed into a wild and cruel animal. Life passes between two times, two women, two men, two lives and two wars. An encounter with love and, above all, with a passion for writing. A journey through the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, through postwar Paris, the London of artists and intellectuals of the fifties, the wounded Madrid and the Segovian forests. There is a strange encounter, full of doubts and mistrust, a face to face with one's own identity, with death and Spanish exile.
