A runaway bride, an unemployed geek and a dog in heat... what could go wrong? Levina Roth finds herself walking down the aisle to marry a man she doesn't love. Allek Morris receives a call to offer him her dream job in a city on the other side of the country. When their paths cross, Levina will convince Allek to take her with him to Portland. But Allek suspects that not everything is as Levina tells him. During a journey in which they will face gun-toting robbers, sinister cabins and kidnapping attempts, they will begin to get to know each other better and discover that life next to each other can be a lot of fun.
