This volume brings together thirteen stories that tell us about the various forms of loss, the one that occurs over the years, the death of loved ones or the feeling of being estranged from the world. All of them are different expressions of the sensitivity that constantly pushes the narrator to write, and in turn intimate tributes to people who survive in her memory or to places to which longing allows her to return. In the concise prose of these stories -where the echoes of despair and humor so characteristic of the literature of the absurd echo once again- the author's very personal voice is recognized, which has already given her recognition in poetry and narrative in our language.
