Mai no s'acaba de tornar

Never ends up coming back is an essay about returning to the village in which the burst of memories impregnates the gaze of those who for a while feel like outsiders without actually being. Through a series of short articles, Matilde Gordero-Moreno reflects on the town-city dichotomy, roots, sorority, travels and the accompaniment of literature and writing when it's coldest. This work is completed by a tale, "The Other", about the passage of time and the thread that unites us to those who have preceded us and those who will succeed us.
