In a small street in a big city, everything is changing. Bill has lived on Christmas Street since he was very young. He has seen families come and go, children grow... But now things are different. There is hardly any relationship between the neighbors and Bill has become a stubborn and lonely man. Sam Bishop and his seven-year-old son Teddy have just moved to England and he misses his home. He does not understand why he has had to go so far from his house. Sam's only wish is for Teddy to be happy again. And as they both struggle to adjust to their new life, a friendly four-legged neighbor seems hell-bent on making them feel at home. Jack, the adorable homeless dog, is welcome in every home, but can he help little Teddy and lonely Bill remember the true meaning of Christmas? As the snow falls silently, covering the street, a small act of kindness will make everything different.
