My name is Billie, I am twenty years old and I am the daughter of the United States ambassador to France. I've always felt trapped in my own life, and the situation got worse after my mother died, as my father became obsessive about my safety and assigned me two bodyguards instead of one: Aaron and Caleb. Our stay in Paris is almost over and we will soon return to New York. Aaron and Caleb have agreed to travel with us, and I'm actually very relieved because, even though I can't stand having someone follow me around all day, I've grown fond of Caleb. Although I have to admit that since I met Thomas, a handsome Princeton student who is on vacation in Paris, Caleb has been behaving in a very strange and excessively overprotective way.
