Sonia is 13 years old and two friends have spread the rumor that she is a lesbian. The idea of an ugly girl who doesn't like boys is disgusting. She hears them whispering and understands what loneliness is. At 16 years old, Sonia tries to make a list of all the boys she has hooked up with. And she decides that from then on sex will be the gateway to her unstoppable emancipation. But the men she knows act without asking, blurring for Sonia the lines between desire and resistance.
