Los devorasueños

Giovanni Markson, Van for the friends he doesn't have and Minivan for the kids at school who make his life impossible, is an 11-year-old boy who always pays attention to details. Whether it's because of his hearing impairment or his restless nature, Van is always on the alert, and thanks to this he finds little treasures, like an astronaut doll or a marbled marble, which he keeps in his treasure box. Thanks to this attention span, Van notices a girl in a long dark coat trying to pick up coins from the bottom of a fountain. But that is not the most peculiar thing about her... but she is accompanied by a talking squirrel! The girl, surprised that she is able to see her, ends up running away from him, but days later she sees her spying again called Pebble, she belongs to a kind of society that is dedicated to collecting lights in glass bottles. What are those lights? Why can't anyone else see them? Why do they want to hold him for having discovered them? Soon after, Van will meet Mr. Hvalborg, who also knows about this mysterious underground network that is dedicated to collecting... wishes. Apparently not all wishes are good, and even good wishes often have unintended consequences, and the Collectors have taken it upon themselves to protect us. But he does not see it with good eyes. Little Van will have to decide which side he is on. Who are the bad guys: those who prevent or those who guarantee that wishes come true?
