Les vuit muntanyes

Pietro is a city boy, lonely and a bit sullen, who summers in the Italian Alps. Bruno is the son of a bricklayer from the area, someone who only knows the mountains and who grazes his uncle's cows. They are only eleven years old and a whole world separates them. But, summer after summer, they forge a deep friendship while Bruno introduces Pietro to the secrets of the mountain. Together they explore and discover abandoned houses, glaciers and steep trails until, over the years, their paths take different directions.That same wild nature is the passion that moves Pietro's father, a man wrapped in the melancholy of a gray Milan that he can only leave during summers. The mountain then becomes the best language to communicate with your child, a legacy that only time will bring to value.
