About to die in the most unpredictable way for someone like him -crushed by one of those hippos infamous for having originated in Pablo Escobar's private zoo-, our protagonist reviews his life and the decisions that have led him to this fateful situation. At twenty-five years old and the son of one of the richest families in Barcelona, he has never felt integrated in his world. He has no big ambitions or projects. For him, normal life is already difficult enough to complicate it with exciting experiences, but he unwittingly sows disaster wherever he happens: with his parents, with the love of his life, in the Faculty of Biology, in the company or in the self-interested and hypocritical relationships with other millionaire families in Barcelona. Until he finds some peace working in a decaying cinema populated by unusual and memorable characters.
