Adrian Rizzo is a self-made woman: owner of her own fitness brand, enjoying a comfortable life in New York City. When she begins to receive threatening anonymous poems, she blames it on the envy that her success arouses in some people. Moving to the small town of Traveler's Creek to take care of her grandfather, Adrian is reunited with Raylan, a childhood friend who still has the same intense green eyes she remembers. But, from that moment on, the threats increase and seem to point to a much more deadly motive than envy: revenge. The past is about to knock on Adrian's door, and only if she stands up to it can she get her happy ending.
